SUS Chemical Polishing Agent
SCP-1000 is a high functional chemical polishing agent for SUS. SCP-1000 provides higher glossy surface compared to existing chemical polishing agents and perfectly gets rid of burr which is generated from metal processing.
Below is the fundamental principle of SCP-1000.

※ Time of application : 30sec. ~ 35sec.
※ Solution management
- (1) Check the initial acidity.
- (2) When the acidity and the amount of the solution decrease, add adequate amount of the original solution in order to reset the acidity back to its initial level.
- (3) After long term use, change to new solution if quantity of iron ion in the solution increases and the performance slows down.
