Surface Treatment Agent for Aluminum Diecasting process (alternative to HNO3<\/sub>)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n

Aluminum and its alloy generate large amount of smut when oxidized or etched if there are other metal contents inside, and the smut adheres to the metal surface and make it blackish. In order to desmut, a mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid is widely used. However, those substances are highly toxic and extremely hazardous when in contact with human body. It also generates large amount of fume (NO, NO2<\/sub>, HF) and creates poor and dangerous working condition. PEROXENE-3 <\/strong>solves these problems and provides the excellent desmuting effects. The product does not only minimize the fume (NO, NO2<\/sub>, HF), but also maximize the adhesion of the final plating on the surface.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n
